Terms of Service
1. Service and acceptance
stockimage.online provides AI image and video tools. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before submitting a task. Do not use the service if you do not agree. Available menus, presets and features depend on the access permissions assigned to your account and the current site.
2. Eligibility and content scope
Use the service only if you can legally enter into these terms. Submit materials you are authorized to use; respect the privacy and rights of everyone depicted.
3. Account access
Keep your email account, verification codes and session credentials secure. Inform us if you suspect unauthorized access. Account balances, membership benefits and task status are determined by server records; browser displays may take time to refresh.
4. Materials and permitted use
You remain responsible for having rights to your inputs and the intended use of outputs. Allow stockimage.online and its generation providers to process inputs to carry out your request. Do not submit infringing or unlawful material, sexual exploitation of children, or content that violates privacy or consent.
5. Service integrity
Do not steal accounts, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate credit balances, evade access restrictions or disrupt other users. We may restrict access or remove content when needed to address violations, security incidents or legal obligations. You may contact us to ask for a review of a restriction.
6. Generation and task settlement
Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before use or sharing. Generation time estimates are not guaranteed. A pending task does not itself establish success or failure. When the server finally marks a charged task as failed, its deducted generation credits are returned through the platform ledger; this is not a cash refund.
7. Credits and membership
Credits are units used within stockimage.online, not a cash balance or an investment. The task price and applicable membership quota are shown before submission. Free, daily and membership benefits follow the rules displayed for your account; unused daily entitlements do not imply an unlimited carryover.
8. Purchases and payment enquiries
Purchases are available only when a payment channel is enabled. Check the displayed price, currency, duration and any renewal conditions before paying. Order status is confirmed by the server. Contact us with an order identifier about duplicate charges, non-delivery or refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
9. File availability and deletion
Generated results remain available for 7 days after completion. Expired results and their history disappear from your library and cannot be downloaded or reused there. Download results promptly. This deadline does not apply to source uploads. Deleting a creation hides it and marks it deleted; retained files and records remain available to authorized administrators. It does not immediately erase every copy.
10. Rights and responsibility
You keep any rights you hold in your original materials. AI output does not guarantee exclusive rights or freedom from third-party claims. The stockimage.online name, logo and service interface do not become yours by using the service. Availability can be affected by maintenance, providers or network failures. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Changes to these terms
We publish revisions on this page with a new update date. Review the current terms before using a changed feature. When applicable law requires notice or consent, we will follow that requirement.
